PRESS RELEASE
On March 3rd, 2020, Asd Polisportiva 5 Terre met in an assembly to evaluate the decision to cancel the Sciacchetrail Cinque Terre Ultra Trail event, scheduled for 28 March 2020.
In light of measures being considered by the Italian Council of Ministers in regard to the current coronavirus outbreak, the unanimous decision to cancel the event has been reached.
It was also decided to proceed with reimbursement of registration fees paid, less administrative expenses of 5 euros.
REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE
By Monday 09/03/2020 you will receive an email fron ENDU with a link to the refund request form where you will be asked for the necessary data to obtain a refund.
This form must be completed by the applicant no later than 20/03/2020
Finally, we will proceed with reimbursements starting 31/03/2020
